The Ithaca Commons is located almost directly in the center of Ithaca. Local refer to the "Commons" as an area (Blue Highlight) not just a closed off shopping district. The commons true address is actually where E.State St. has been closed to automobile traffic. Tioga St. is also considered part of the commons.
